First of all, we needed to wait 30 minutes in front of the...

First of all, we needed to wait 30 minutes in front of the building until someone arrived for us to check in. This was not a big problem, it was just a miscommunication. The real problems started when we established ourselves in the apartment. The apartment did not have hot water and the power went out after the first hour. So we were in an apartment without either hot water or power. We called the landlord and she just said us to let the water run and reset the breaker. We did that but it did not work, so we tried to call her again several times but she did answered. So she let us without energy and hot water during our one-day stay and did not care about it. I did not recommend it for anyone, it was a horrible experience.

The sheets weren't very clean. The staff didn't know English very well so the communication was bad. They kept us waiting for 1:30h to check in.

The area is nice

The check-in was very confusing. We received keys from an apartment that was already occupied, the staff didn´t know which room we should have or even if they have already received the payment or not. Overall it took long time just to get to the apartment. Would not recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with good views from the balcony. There are good swimming pool and a little kitchen.

There wasn’t clean as good as should be. Towels was dirty and with hair. The personal (receptionist)understand only Spanish language, we cannot explain any problem or asked about anything. And she didn’t show us an apartment firstly. When we tried to call to manager of the apparent she said “stop calling me”. Sometimes was problems with hot water and electricity

highly not recommended

The place was overall okay. We hoped to get an apartment with some beds and that was enough for us.

I don't even know where to begin with. The host was the most ignorant and unpleasant person I have ever met. We didn't have gas for the kitchen stow, and we have realised that only after we had made huge grocery shopping. I have tried to contact her. She gave me a phone number and told me to speak with that person because he is responsible for the gas, also she told me to NOT EVER CALL HER AGAIN. After calling the number, car rental company answered. Later that evening, I tried to contact her via SMS but there was no response. Next morning I also tried to contact her once again, but again she told me not to call her ever again. (What a pity). Finally, I reported that situation to the booking and only after that (I guess) we had our gas replaced, however, no one contacted us regarding this situations and we had found out that during our stay at the beach someone without our consent came to our apartment and changed the gas. I totally advise against this property.

The first time we came to check in to our accommodation,...

The first time we came to check in to our accommodation, although we called and agreed on check-in time so the person was late + 30min, did not speak even basic english though promised when we got to the apartment so first had to fix the toilet which was not flushed. the apartment was unclean when we arrived, the pool was nice but it was also used by other accommodations, really congested sometimes, the public areas really unclean. There are lots of pictures of new apartments next to the sea, beaches at least 15min drive away. Ants and sugar larvae in the apartment... Pool area sunbathing chairs as far as I remember 8 pieces, 7 of which broken. No barbecue possibility though promised ..

Massively over priced for what it was. We are residents in Mallorca but will not be re-visiting.

It was close to the Port where we kept our boat

Where to start: Cleanliness was pretty grim- Everything we used in the apartment cups etc we had to clean prior to use. Floor was so dirty on arrival we kept shoes on (after we had to be moved from our first apartment due to their being no power) Partial view of the sea Noisy tenants in the other rooms (so much so that the locals living opposite had to come out and complain) Sanitary wrappers blowing around out by the pool. Pool area dirty and unswept. On checking in the reception room was just full of change over gear (cleaning products, spare beds, toilet rolls etc) a complete mess. One suggestion would be to hide all this behind a simple screen? No fans in the room so pretty hot Dribble of a shower Filthy windows Could write your name in the headboards in dust!
